The Lottery receives alerts from the Colorado Bureau of Investigations (CBI). These alerts include Amber (endangered missing), Developmentally Disabled, Medina (vehicle) and Senior Alerts. Upon receipt, communication is immediately sent to all Colorado Lottery retailers, statewide, and the warning is instantly displayed on all in-store Lottery video monitors.

Jackpocket is a courier service that allows players to upload money into an account that they can then utilize to lodge jackpot tickets. The Colorado Lottery has no affiliation withJackpocket. The Lottery issued a retailer license to Winners Corner in Pueblo, which is the retailer that is used by Jackpocket to execute the purchase transactions of tickets ordered by players using the app.
